Funding Programs

  • Grants up to $250,000

    Investment Grants

    Investment Grants offer deeper support for initiatives that advance education, research, law reform, and other activities related to real estate across our three Funding Priorities of Real Estate Leadership, Built Environment, and Land.

  • Grants up to $25,000

    Development Grants

    Development Grants kick start initiatives that support and advance education, research, law reform, and other activities related to real estate across our three Funding Priorities of Real Estate Leadership, Built Environment, and Land.

  • Grants up to $10,000

    Sponsorships

    Sponsorships support events in the real estate industry, small community projects, or short-term initiatives that aim to enhance an organization's capacity for larger endeavours.

  • Projects funded in 2021

    Legacy Grants

    In 2021, the Foundation mobilized an additional $2.3 million in funds through a one-time Legacy Grant Program. We celebrated our 30th Anniversary milestone by seeking initiatives to bring transformational and long-term change for the real estate industry.
